    Structural Trapezoidal Decking – High Profile Trapezoidal Construction Sheets

    Structural Trapezoidal Decking are high-profile sheets, ranging from 40mm to 200mm in height. The load-bearing capacity of trapezoidal profiles is achieved through the height of the profile or the thickness of the sheet. For structural trapezoidal sheets, the high profile combined with a large sheet thickness of 0.7-1.50mm ensures significant strength and rigidity, allowing it to actively transfer loads from the roof layers, thus enabling long spans between supports.

    These sheets are typically made from structural steel designed to withstand high stresses, such as S320GD and S350GD, either galvanised or galvanised and coated with a polyester layer (typically 15μ) in RAL 9002 or 9010. Other colours are available on request for larger quantities.

    Structural trapezoidal sheets are a popular material in the industrial and commercial sectors, used as load-bearing substrates for roof partitions in frame constructions, as well as for lost formwork.
